To get this site officially compliant with ADB's standards for SFB websites, I had to remove the rules for Operation Unity that I had posted here. At one time, ADB maintained a copy of the rules on their website. Since they redesigned they site, the rules have either been removed or relocated. Either way I cannot find them.
